Carrley® Business Consulting Ltd is a business consultancy, with offices in Cheshire and Manchester.
Our goal is simple – to help clients grow their business - and we have achieved this successfully in challenging conditions, such as the present UK economic downturn.
We do this by applying many years of cross-sector experience and harnessing proven tools and methodologies. We work in close partnership with you, quickly understanding what makes your business tick and identifying ways to achieve excellence. Unlike many of our competitors, however, we do not charge for getting to know your business.
Dependant upon the nature of the project, we support clients to win new funding, maximise existing income streams, access new markets and achieve optimum business efficiency. We also support you to make any operational changes necessary to take your business on to the next level, removing the "glass ceiling" which often holds established businesses back.

In working with you, deliverables and methodology are identified at an early stage and correlated to growth in the business. That way, you know precisely what we will deliver and when. Our recommendations could also see organisational change – for example changes to team structures, reporting lines and core tasks and may involve either recruitment or downsizing in certain areas of the business. If this is the case, we have expert people available who will guide you through the best course of action to achieve positive change.
A member of our experienced and friendly team will be assigned to ensure that Carrley® Business supports you to get the best from your business. Once a plan of action has been agreed, we will get on with delivery of our role - whether leading on business planning, strategic development, change, or providing business training or tender consultancy. When working on a longer term project, we will meet regularly with you to communicate progress and discuss ongoing recommendations and you will always know where your project is up to.

Carrley® Business adheres to the Institute’s Code of Professional Practice, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and competence. We are also a Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and maintain latest bid writing knowledge and competencies through the Association.
