Carrley Business Consulting Ltd is a business consultancy, with offices in Cheshire and Manchester.
Our goal is simple – to help clients grow their business.
We do this by working in close partnership with you, understanding what makes you tick and identifying ways to maximise existing income streams, whilst identifying new and supporting you to make any changes necessary to take your business on to the next level.
Our client list includes IT, construction, marketing, print, manufacturing, insurance, retail, legal and financial services companies as well as Universities and includes the largest legal practice (-in the Top 50 in the UK) in the North West and the largest UK University.
Deliverables and outputs are identified at an early stage in the consultancy process and correlated to growth in the business. This could also take in organisational change – for example changes to senior management and operational team structure and/or reporting lines and may involve either recruitment or downsizing in certain areas of the business. We have expert change managers available who will guide you through the best courses of action necessary to achieve positive change.
A member of our professional, experienced and friendly team will be assigned to ensure that Carrley Business supports you to achieve the best from your business. Regular, monthly client meetings normally take place over an agreed period, with business and consultant progress against deliverables and outputs reviewed against target.
Our services include business planning, business strategy, business development, specialist bid writing, change management, project management and eBusiness. Carrley Business consultants have many years experience in these areas and have worked on past key projects with the former Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the European Commission, Nortel Networks USA and British Chambers of Commerce.
We are a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Carrley Business adheres to the Institute’s Code of Professional Practice, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and competence. We are also a Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and maintain latest bid writing knowledge and competencies through the Association.
